Terms of Service

By accessing, creating an account, or using Avuno ("Service", "Application", "we", "us", or "our"), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Avuno is designed as a calm, private cultural memory palace for cataloging literature, cinema, interactive media, music, and personal journals. These terms ensure that your privacy and intellectual property remain protected.

You retain complete, exclusive intellectual property ownership of all notes, reflections, quotes, ratings, custom tags, and uploaded media ("User Content") that you store in Avuno.

When creating an account, you must provide valid information (such as an authentic email address). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you detect or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our security team immediately at support@avuno.xyz.

Avuno offers both a generous Free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Lifetime Sanctuary). All paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis.

To maintain a safe and reliable sanctuary for all members, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the infrastructure of the Service.
• Execute automated scraping or denial-of-service payloads against Avuno APIs.
• Upload malicious code, malware, or illicit contraband into your vault.
• Impersonate other individuals or entities.

We believe personal history should never be held hostage. Avuno provides unrestricted data export tools that let you download your entire cultural timeline, ratings, and journals in human-readable Markdown, CSV, or structured JSON.

If you choose to delete your account, all personal data stored in production databases is permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Avuno is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain automated daily encrypted backups, 99.9% uptime architectures, and rigorous testing suites, Avuno shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data transmission anomalies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be addressed through informal, good-faith dialogue with our legal team.
